The cards are a one-time purchase. In-depth analytics and access to your Ground Up tracking account are optional at $12.99 per month.
Yes. Custom cards are $40 for one, $70 for two or $90 for three, with bulk pricing available on request. Supply finished 120 × 120 mm artwork, or add our design service for $15.
Yes. We can program a card to open booking systems, online ordering menus, review pages or another web destination you provide. If you need one built, we also design and build booking systems, ordering menus, review funnels and small business websites — the card is just the doorway.
Ask about a buildCustom cards have a one-week production lead time before delivery. We confirm preparation and shipping estimates when your order request is accepted.
Yes. Every card includes our 12-month replacement warranty. If a card develops an NFC or manufacturing fault during normal use, contact us and we will assess it, then program and send a replacement at no charge. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, misuse, deliberate damage or cosmetic wear that does not affect operation, and it is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Put your eligible standard Google Review card into use within 7 days of delivery. If your business receives no new Google review during the following 30 days, email us within 7 days of the guarantee period ending with your order number and evidence of your review count. Once verified, we will refund the eligible card purchase price. Custom cards, shipping, artwork and analytics fees are excluded. Full conditions are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
