Orders and pricing
Website prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Submitting an order request does not create a binding order. An order is accepted when we confirm its details, total price and payment in writing. We may decline or correct a request affected by an obvious error, unavailable stock or a profile we cannot reliably configure.
Analytics subscriptions
Analytics access is an optional recurring subscription billed at the price shown when you order. Your subscription gives you access to the available tracking dashboard features for configured cards while the subscription remains active. Billing and cancellation details will be confirmed before activation.
Your information and approvals
You must provide accurate details and have authority to ask us to configure products for the nominated business. You are responsible for reviewing any profile, link, design or delivery information we ask you to approve.
Google and third-party services
Google controls its Business Profile and review services. We do not promise a particular rating or commercial outcome, and we are not responsible for third-party platform availability or policy changes. Our separate 30-day review guarantee applies only on the eligibility and claim conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy. Customers must be free to leave honest feedback.
Warranty and review guarantee
Cards include Ground Up’s 12-month replacement warranty against eligible NFC or manufacturing faults under normal use. Eligible standard Google Review cards also include the limited 30-day review money-back guarantee. Coverage, exclusions, evidence requirements and the claim process are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. These additional promises do not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our returns policy explains how to contact us if there is a problem.
